2016 Training Class for Senior Executives by Shengkang Group Cadre’s Management College (Hangzhou Edition)

Abstract: The essential competition in medical industry is the competition for talents rather only for equipment and technology. Shengkang Draws a New Map for its Talents Strategy

In order to build a team of excellent executives with management knowledge, sentiment and entrepreneurship, Shengkang Cadre’s Management College launched 2-day training course for senior executives in Hangzhou Apollo Men’s Hospital from April 22 to 23. This is the second leg of Shengkang’s on-site training in the  teaching hospital and part of the effort to draw a new map for its talents strategy.

Endless Study Due to Practicality, Newest Strategy for Always Forefront Running!  

This session of the training was composed of four parts including experience sharing, on-site visit, brain storming, and exploration of the peer’s study room. The participants took Hangzhou Apollo as an example and launched discussion by means of seminar and communication.

Detail Leads to Excellence, Quality Realize the Future 

The participants took a close observation of Hangzhou Apollo’s construction of its internal core. After learning of the experiences such as keeping hospital customers relations, hospital brand construction, new product research and development, guarantee mechanism for curative effect, the participants expressed that the visit helped them to broaden their views with profound gains and feeling. They will apply those experience they learned as soon as they go back home.

Creation for Development, Branding for Future

Regarding to the practical questions raised by the participants, tutors from Hangzhou Apollo Men’s Hospital responded by means of case study, critical reasoning, brain storming and lead the seminar to the climax with enjoyment and happiness. 

Young Shengkang Scholars Pays visit to Hupan University

Used to be Jiangnan Hui, a private club owned by Jack Ma, the Hupan University aims to cultivate new generation of entrepreneurs with spirit of contemporary civilization, therefore it becomes the Mecca for entrepreneurs pursuing true knowledge. By this exploring trip, Shengkang elite executives got a close observation of the historic sceneries and business culture of Hangzhou.
