On July 15^th and 16^th , under the theme of “Return to medical essence, Speed up structural transformation”, Shengkang Group 2016 semi-annual general manager working conference was grandly held in Shanghai Xuelang Lake Resort. Leaders of the president’s office, of all business units, of subordinate hospitals, of Shengkang Media, as well as leaders of all the functional departments were all attending the conference. It lasted for 2 days with plenty procedure and contents, including not only planning and layout from group strategic level, but also experience summary and method discussion from hospital operational practice.

In the all-staff meeting in the morning of 15^th, Mr Jiangshan, executive vice president of Shengkang Group, made a comprehensive and intensive summary of all the business units and subordinate hospitals for the first half year. He pointed out, despite the recession, the hospitals stood the harsh test by own solid foundation, timely adjusted tactics and the timely ,critical and accurate guidance provided by Group and business units.

In the all-staff meeting, the leaders of all functional departments and Mr Chen Tiejun, general manager of Shengkang Media made analysis, summary and suggestion in many aspects, such as operation regulation, legal risk's avoidance, and new marketing strategy. By cooperation and improvement of the functional departments, enhancing the managing and operating level of the Group and subordinate hospitals, the whole group will move towards a target of normative, efficient, and sustainable development.

   President of Shengkang Group Mr Cai Binghong makes conclusive speech

At last, Mr Cai Binghong, the president of Shengkang Group, made a conclusive keynote speech entitled “stay true to the original mission, move forward despite difficulty”. The whole speech has practical content, compact logic, fluent and powerful words and inspiring message. He pointed out, the past half year was a baptism for Shengkang Group. The construction of returning to the medical essence within three years and the eight managerial system were all paying back silently. Along with the government kept promoting medical reform, and measures were introduced and implemented, the private medical service is expecting a rapid development period during 13^th Five Year Plan. We will realize the bright future only if we stay true to the original mission and move forward despite difficulty. The Group needs to further strengthen the crisis sense, enhance core competence, accelerate structural transformation, and improve team executive ability. It is believed that after standing the test, the Shengkang staff will deliver an outstanding result.

Group Discussion 

In the afternoon of 15^th and on 16^th, all the business units conducted group discussion, the leaders of president’s office of the Group also provided guidance in each session. Participants expressed their own idea, worked together to point out the shinning points and shortage for the past half year, and find new method for the next half year. What a passionate brainstorm of experience and wisdom!

In the future, it is believed that under the lead of the president’s office, under the supervising of general manager of business units, under the management of general manger of all hospitals, the Group will explore a road of sustainable development to strive forward in the intense competition environment. It is believed that, by staying true to original mission, striving for innovation, keeping modest and cautious, the Group will realize the grand vision of “respectable, reliable medical healthcare service enterprise”
