Shengkang elites pursued revolutionary sentiment, Hongyan Spirit built enterprise dream----2016 Training for Senior Executives of Shengkang Group (Chongqing Edition)

2016 Training Class for Senior Executives by Shengkang Group Cadre’s Management College was held in CHONGQING St. EDWARD’S HOSPITAL on June 26^th-27^th, more than 10 senior executives from Shengkang Group attended the 2-day centralized training. This is the third leg of Shengkang’s on-site training in the  teaching hospital.

Strengthen inpatient management, seek hospital development

The training was carried out in the form of “Field Observation”、”Practice Explanation”、”Topic Discussion” etc. Participants shared experience and discussed inpatient management、doctor-patient relationship、subject construction and department operation. Taking CHONGQING St. EDWARD’S HOSPITAL as example, all the participants studied and explored management philosophy and methods for modern hospital.

The trainees visited the hospital and observed the regular meeting for handing over of inpatient department. After personally experiencing the program such as “hospital brand construction”、”Hospital Cultural Presentation” and “improvement of doctor-patient relationship”, the executives all praised the elegant environment, perfect facility, rigorous style, standard handing over procedure as well as constantly improved service quality.
